Book Fair Events
It’s almost book fair time! Our Scholastic Book Fair, running November 20 - 26 in the Central Library, is a reading event that brings kids the books they want to read. We'll receive a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level, and all purchases benefit our library!
Middle school students will visit the fair with their Literature classes, and we'll be open 7:30 am - 5:00 pm each school day for families to shop together before or after school. Your child can bring cash to purchase items from the book fair, but we can also have book fair purchases billed to your Webb account. If you would like your student to be able to purchase using your Webb account, please fill out this form to let us know how much they are allowed to spend.
Our online fair is also available November 15 - 28 so you can shop for great books 24/7, even after the in-school fair ends! The online fair gives you access to Scholastic's most popular online shopping site, with over 6,000 educational products, games, and gifts for all ages. Get free standard shipping on book-only orders over $25, and all orders ship wherever you choose. ETHC Penny War
During the weeks leading up to the fair, middle school students can donate spare change to buy books for the East Tennessee Children's Hospital. The grade that collects the most change will win a dress down day! Jars for donations will be in the library November 11-22.
